The general theme of my research is Computational Biology, in collaboration with world leading biologists:

1. Computational Neuroscience: modelling, data analysis and experiment

2. Causality Analysis: in particular Granger causality analysis, both theory and applications

3. Transcription dynamics in nucleus

4. Protein (MS/MS data analysis)

5. Mathematical physics
