我主要是与世界一流生物学家合作研究计算系统生物学:

1. 计算神经科学:建模,数据分析和实验;
2. 因果分析:理论与应用,特别是Granger因果关系分析;
3. 细胞核转录动态;
4. 蛋白(MS / MS数据分析)
5. 数学物理
